At Stitched By Whit, we take pride in creating high-quality, one-of-a-kind items for our customers. Please review our return policy below:
Custom Orders:
All custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any product that is made to order, personalized with names, initials, colors, or specific design requests.
Non-Custom Items:
Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To simplify the return process, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label. A $6 fee will be deducted from your store credit for this label.
Please note:
Original shipping costs from your order are non-refundable and will not be included in your store credit.
You are responsible for securely packaging your return to ensure it arrives in good condition.
